My eyebrows are naturally very sparse and uneven, so they are not easy to work with. Debbie was incredibly patient, professional, talented, and detail oriented. She took the time to understand what I wanted, let me choose the brow style I liked, and patiently discussed the shape and color with me.

Debbie has done my upper eyeliner and my lips. She is very kind, thorough, and honest. She is the owner and artist of North Dallas Permanent Cosmetics and is very professional and really listens to you. She spends alot of time listening and mapping out what you want. She explains what she is doing and why. My eyeliner is thin, straight/neat and exactly what I wanted. Yes, she uses a numbing agent, but don’t expect it to be completely painless if you’ve never had this kind of thing done before. She explains aftercare and even provides a care bag with all of the info and samples of products you need to ensure your results are the best that they can be. She also makes herself available any time for any and all questions or concerns you may have. I 100% recommend her and will be using her again!!! I will refer her every time I have the chance! I can’t recommend Debbie enough! She is incredibly knowledgeable about permanent makeup and truly cares about achieving the best possible outcome for her clients. From even before my appointment via text consultation, she took the time to thoroughly explain each procedure, answer all of my questions, and present different options so I could choose what felt right for me. I never felt rushed or pressured at the appointment. She’s also not afraid to say no and explain why a certain technique or option would not be good for you.

Her pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the level of expertise and personalized care she provides. After my appointment, she sent me home with a thoughtful aftercare goody bag complete with detailed instructions to help ensure the best healing results. What impressed me most was that she even followed up afterward to check on how I was healing and to make sure everything was going well.

I had such a great experience with Debbie! She cares very deeply about her craft and works hard to ensure her customer is happy with the outcomes! She takes care to talk through procedures, options, post-care, and expectations/outcomes. She knows a lot about how permanent cosmetics and skin change over time and she will use that knowledge to ensure the work will look good for years. I had microblading and permanent eyeliner done.. the microblading was not too painful at all, and the permanent eyeliner.. well, I was not a fan of the procedure (it likely is never fun having eyelids tattooed lol) but she worked hard to make me feel as comfortable as possible and I am so ecstatic with my results!
